Use this form to exercise your rights under the Data Protection Act, 2019. Requests are free.
Who handles your request
Gate and visit records. If your request is about a visit to an estate, the estate is responsible for your data. We pass your request to the estate within 2 working days and help it respond.
Your LangoHub account. If your request is about your LangoHub account, or about our sales or billing records, we respond directly.
Deadlines
These deadlines come from the Data Protection (General) Regulations, 2021.

Proving it's you
Please do not upload or send a copy of your ID. To protect your records, we may ask you to:
- confirm a code sent to your phone; or
- show your ID at the estate office.
If a request is refused
Some requests may be refused where the law allows, for example when a record is evidence in an incident or a legal claim. If that happens, we will tell you why in writing.
