Delete your LangoHub account
You can ask us to delete your LangoHub account and the personal data linked to it. Use the form below, or email privacy@langohub.app.
What gets deleted
Your login, your name, phone number, email and your membership of any estate are removed. Resident pre-registered visitor passes you created are removed with your account.
What may be kept
Estate gate records (visits, incidents and audit history) are kept by your estate for security for up to 12 months, then deleted automatically. Your name may remain on those records until then. Visitors can ask to have their visit records erased too.
How long it takes
We confirm the request with you and complete it within 30 days. Guards: ask your estate manager, who can remove your account straight away.
